Spiruline 18m The spiruline 18 is the largest of the Spiruline line. -Intended for the pure beginner up to the very experienced pilot looking for an easy glider light and easy to pack in the travelling kit. Its versatility and easyness does not come in opposition with a large usable speed range. With its 3,4kg, its low volume and its trimmed equipped risers it makes it the ideal glider to bring when mountain flying and also as an all around glider to fly on almost any site. The small surfaces of those speed wings makes them very light thus keeping a good basis weight for materials we use to build these wings between 36 and 41g witch assures strenght and a long life when using it in rough terrains and heavy usage.(Coastal soaring, rough take-off surfaces and lots of ground handling. The choice of sheated lines for all levels also goes towards long life and makes them easier to untangle. - The target of the Spiruline is not a race for performance but rather the accessibility of an all around glider. The Spiruline 18 however has fairly good sink rate and glide ratio therefore we can garanty you nice flights even in normal thermal conditions and easy top landings.The Spiruline line has been designed to be used by a wide pilot weight range.
