The Delta has directly benefitted from technological gains made in the Ozone Performance Research Project and our open class series of wings. Our mission to accomplish with the Delta was to absolutely maximize performance in the C class by focusing on efficiency gains that do not sacrifice safety. An added benefit of this was that we were able to retain stunning agility and handling that will satisfy even the most demanding pilots.  An all new airfoil inspired by the World Cup Winning Ozone BBHPP and made possible by advances in our design software has created what we think is the cleanest and most advanced ever in the sport class. Our mission for the R10 was a serious and difficult one: Better accessibility and comfort than the R09, with performance equal to the BBHPP. We are satisfied with the result and we are glad to tell you that the mission has been accomplished.

The R10 is a carbon-free 3 line design with revolutionary new internal construction from the BBHPP project. It features performance equal to the first generation of 2 line designs, with 3 line comfort and accessibility. This is achieved without an excessively high aspect ratio, making the wing more manageable in turbulent conditions and less prone to cravats – vital elements in achieving True Performance.

 

The constant research in the Mantra R Open Class Series and the HPP Project have yielded exciting new design elements which have been incorporated into the M3 by the Ozone Test and Design Team. Foremost among these improvements are the new profile, line diagram, and trailing edge design, all of which have significantly improved the efficiency of the wing.

In the Mantra Series, efficiency is the obsession of the test team. Overall efficiency opens the windows of speed and glide, without sacrificing safety and comfort. Instead of focusing on top speed when laying  out the design elements, through maximizing efficiency the design team allowed speed and glide to increase as natural side effects of the improved design elements.

The Magnum is constructed from Porcher Skytex 45 Evolution on the top surface. This cloth has proven to be durable and stretch resistant, which creates a more precise feeling in flight and ensures that the glider will last for hundreds of hours.

Acro paragliders

Tumbling the Octane FLX is easy to understand, the glider has a really compact feel and quite a lot energy - those two things will tell you when you must check the wing,and also if you can keep the Rythmic until the infinity.
The rythmic is like it should be: easy to build it up, and the (secret) is to have the good timing to pull the brake, then the glider will dive fast.
The infinity: for the pilot who knows how to do it, this is lovely glider to do it, once it’s in the middle you don’t need too much correction, you can do 6 to 10 turns without touching the brakes.
For the pilots who want to learn how to do infinity this is a perfect glider to learn it. The profile is fast and the internal pressure is high, and the glider feels very compact… those are the qualities that the pilot needs to learn the infinity safely.

Although Felix was quite happy with the FLX.2 and flew it successfully for two competition seasons, he continued to work on the wing and provide feedback to David Dagault, our designer. The result of this continued research and prototyping is the most cutting edge acro wing in our history.

Harnas

 

 

 

 

Across a wide variety of sites and conditions, the XT excels. Based on over a decade of paraglider research and the recent developments in Speed Flying Wing Profiles, the XT is designed with a hybrid flat bottom profile for stability in active air, and full diagonals for a smooth and precise feel.

In addition to the airfoil shape, the low aspect ratio and thicker profile of the XT sets it apart from normal paragliders. These design attributes create a blend of higher stability and lower performance than a standard paraglider, which in turn makes the XT ideal for high wind soaring and for carving and swooping terrain on the way down the mountain.
